CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

1. Cancellation of Services: Clients may request to cancel project management consultancy services at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or formal letter to info@enbeeinternational.com
The effective date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written request.

2.Refund Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the following criteria:Full refund: If the cancellation request is received within 15 Days of the initial engagement contract signing, and no work or services have been provided.Partial refund: If the cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before the completion of the project, the refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of completed work.

3.Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees and expenses incurred in the project management process may be non-refundable.
These may include third-party fees, software licensing costs, or expenses already paid on behalf of the client.

4.Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 Business Days of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5.Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for fulfilling any outstanding payments or fees owed at the time of cancellation.
Failure to settle outstanding balances may affect the eligibility for refunds.

6.Termination by the Consultancy: In rare circumstances, the consultancy reserves the right to terminate an engagement due to non-compliance with project terms, ethical violations, or other justifiable reasons.
In such cases, a refund will be issued based on the percentage of uncompleted work.

7.Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve the matter through negotiations or mediation.
